Changes
The jurisdictions that changed on this Oklahoma chart are included with a plan.
Figures are STS rates from the OTC current chart labeled August 2026, in effect on October 1, 2026, the first day of the COPO chart's Rates Effective October through December 2026. Each city and county row shows the 4.5% state rate printed on the STATE OF OKLAHOMA line beside its own rate. The total says Depends on location, because the total at an address adds every local rate that applies there.
This jurisdiction's rate is the city or county STS rate the Oklahoma Tax Commission prints in the Current Rate column. It is not a combined city, county, and state total. Multi-county cities stay on separate rows when the chart prints them that way. The food and food ingredients page prints a 0% state portion on food and food ingredients and says local sales tax still applies. The state general rate printed for this refresh is 4.5%. This table does not add the state rate to a local rate. Lodging tax is not included. When the current-rate column starts after 2026-10-01, the table shows the earlier printed rate and notes the later date. When Current CSV and Current XLS print different rates, the rate shown is the one the COPO chart also prints; when the COPO chart matches neither, no rate is shown. When the files print one rate to different decimal places, the more precise value is shown only when the COPO chart or two files print it; otherwise the rounded value is shown and a note gives both.
