Gross receipts tax location codes and total rates for July 2026 – June 2027 from the Taxation and Revenue Department GIS layer and its Gross Receipts and Compensating Tax Rate Schedule. Monitoring and validation only.
The July 2026 – June 2027 Gross Receipts Tax location-code schedule is published from the Taxation and Revenue Department ArcGIS FeatureServer. The RGIS boundary package linked from the GIS data-download page was read and agreed. Location codes come from the New Mexico Taxation & Revenue Department Gross Receipts Tax GIS layer (ArcGIS FeatureServer and/or RGIS boundary package linked from TRD's GIS data-download page). Each location code that TRD's Gross Receipts and Compensating Tax Rate Schedule lists shows the rate that schedule prints; the schedule is listed on TRD's Gross Receipts Tax rates page. Where the GIS layer prints a different value for a code, that row's note names each file and the value it prints. TRD publishes the geospatial data as a public reference service; accuracy is not guaranteed; local jurisdictions must be consulted to confirm location codes and rates. Hosted off tax.newmexico.gov (ArcGIS Online / UNM RGIS).
Not shown yet: location codes 06-158 (Lovington Industrial Park) and 20-414 (Taos Ski Valley). The Taxation and Revenue Department's Gross Receipts Tax rate schedule lists both codes, but neither of the state's Gross Receipts Tax location map files lists them, and this site adds a location only when a map file lists it. For 20-414 the schedule says "all GRT activity in location code 20-430". Lovington (06-405) and Taos Ski Valley (20-430) are on this chart.
